The company uses friendly means such as claims and modern methods of negotiation, in addition to various legal means with the aim of collecting its clients’ debts and restoring their rights, in cooperation with the leading law firms in Qatar, Lebanon, Egypt and other countries if need be. It also offers the possibility of “buying” debts from creditors.
In addition, Strategic Alliance WLL provides its clients with highly professional, specialized and accredited legal translation services.

Debtor Inquiry Service
One of the most frustrating experiences is when it’s hard to find the debtor or his property through which the creditor’ rights are restored.

This service tracks the debtor and determines his whereabouts and property, thus enabling us to collect the amounts owed by the latter.

Direct Collection Service
We collect due and overdue debts inside the State of Qatar and abroad through a team of negotiators who are professionals in the field of direct collection and who communicate directly with debtors.

This communication includes claims in all forms (emails, registered mail, phone calls …) as well as negotiations of all kinds (direct negotiations, mediation …) and this stage could lead to the sending of written correspondences.

Legal Procedures Service
This service activates the legal procedures through a network of distinguished lawyers’ offices with which cooperation is held and which cover all countries, with the aim of providing a distinct legal service at the lowest cost while guaranteeing the issuance of a judicial ruling by the courts and finding the best ways to execute it.
