Cerved (Veneto Regional Data Processing Center) was founded in 1974 as an IT company for the management, processing and distribution of chamber data filed in the Veneto Business Register. Over time we have enriched our database with a wealth of information that we constantly enhance. During these 40 years we have undertaken a strategic process of acquisitions of various companies in the sector such as Centrale dei Bilanci, Lince, Databank, Finservice, Honyvem, Consit and Recus.

We also hold 100% of the capital of Cerved Rating Agency, the Italian rating agency specialized in assessing the creditworthiness of non-financial companies and registered as a European rating agency.

We are the market leaders in Big Data Management and Business Information . In 2014 we strengthened our presence in digital marketing, thanks to the acquisition of Pro Web Consulting and the majority of SpazioDati.

In the same year we publicly traded and today we are a public company with a free float of 100%.

In 2018 new resources and energies have fostered a new external growth that has allowed us to strengthen and diversify our offer in the field of Sales & Marketing at e have signed agreements and purchase leader in the Italian web marketing , achieved a majority stake in SpazioDati and a branch of BauciWeb is integrated into Pro Web Consulting .

In 2019, with the acquisition of MBS Consulting, we strengthened our positioning in strategic consulting and advanced analytics services , creating the first group of Solution Consulting in Italy.

In 2020, thanks to the acquisition of Integrate Srl, we entered the ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) market, combining the ratings on the creditworthiness of companies with the assessments on the degree of sustainability of economic operators (companies, financial institutions, insurance) and their financial instruments.
